The MLM, Jeunesse Global is in the headlines again but, for all the wrong reasons as a new lawsuit filed in California federal district court claims that Jeunesse Is a Pyramid Scheme. Although it should not come as a shocker to the multi-level marketing company, as this is not the first time they have been accused of running a pyramid scheme, this $1 billion class-action lawsuit is the third one to be filed against this company. The first case was filed way back in 2016. This current case was filed by four distributors one of whom is a former one. The case is filed against 15 defendants among whom there is Kim Huia Presidential Diamond director, along with May Chang, Yvonne Yen, Samson Li, and Lisa Wang, the Diamond directors. There are 100 unknown defendants as well. The company has further been accused of violating foreign laws and exploiting Chinese American distributors. The charges also include false advertising, as well as fraudulent business practices.
